CARE MINISTRIES at Crossroads exist to uplift and strengthen our church and community
to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We do that by touching lives in greatest areas
of need as we seek to encourage progress in connecting, growing and serving. Find a ministry
below that meets your specific need.

Abilities Enabled:  Ministry for children and adults with special needs.

Aging Parents:  A list of links to community support services for those who are
caring for their aging parents.

Career Connections:  Special seminars, networking meetings and a long list of links to
community resources for networking, job searching sites, career development, community assistance and more.

Celebrate Recovery:  A twelve-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurts,
habits and hang-ups. Focus groups meet for anger, chemical dependency, codependency,
eating disorders, relationships and sexual addictions.


Crisis Care Response Team:  Offers immediate short-term physical assistance, of less
than one month, to individuals in the church disconnected from ministry resources. Will also assist
overwhelmed small groups.

Divorce Support:  A safe place to find help for people who are experiencing separation
and divorce and who need to find healing through God’s power. Groups for kids are also
available through DivorceCare for Kids.


Financial Freedom:  Offers classes, seminars, resources and budget coaching to
help people manage their money, establish a budget, eliminate debt and learn about God's view of money.


GriefShare:  A 13-week small group environment offering grief-recovery support through video teaching and discussion. Special Groups: Suicide Survivors, Parents who've lost children, Widows/Widowers,
Loss of parents, siblings and friends, Teens (14-17), Growing Seasons (5-13),
Surviving The Holidays (at Thanksgiving & Christmas).
 
Prayer Ministry:  The Crossroads Intercessory Prayer Team prays through many
requests offered through the body.


Stephen Ministry:  Comes alongside an otherwise healthy person to move through
a season of crisis. Examples: Divorce, Grief, Job Loss


Truth & Grace:  Groups for men and women whose lives have been affected by some type of abuse – examples: sexual, spiritual, spousal, physical.

Widows Peek: Connects men and women of the widowed community to teach, help and
encourage one another while seeking God's new purpose after losing a spouse.
