CCRT (Crisis Care Response Team)

Crisis Care Response Team (CCRT) volunteers come alongside unconnected members and attenders that are experiencing a crisis. Whether it’s a happy time such as the birth of a child or a grievous time of sudden injury or illness, we offer short term care in the areas of meals, errands, transportation, notes of encouragement and homebound and hospital visits. Let us bring you a ray of sunshine, when your feet are tired and your hands are full!

When should you contact CCRT?
When a need arises and:

  • You are a member or attender of Crossroads Fellowship
  • You are not currently involved in a small group or ministry team or the need is greater than your small group or ministry team can support
  • It involves you or a member of your immediate household
  • It is primarily physical and less than two weeks in nature

What can CCRT provide for you?

  • Meals
  • Hospital or Homebound Visit
  • Errands
  • Transportation to/from doctor appointment
  • Notes of encouragement

How do you contact CCRT? Call 919-981-0222, ext. 417 or email ccrt@crossroads.org. You can expect to hear back from someone within 48 hours.

Want to get involved?

If you have a desire to serve, but have limited time, CCRT may be just the place where you can bless and be blessed! If you can offer a meal and a smile or a gallon of gas and an hour of your time a few times a year, we would like to include you in our list of available CCRT Caregivers. If you are interested in volunteering as a CCRT caregiver, please complete these two forms: the CCRT Volunteer Application (Word format) and the CCRT Volunteer Covenant (Word format) and return as indicated.
