At Crossroads Fellowship, we believe you can find meaning and purpose by Connecting (building relationships), Growing (learning about God) and Serving (helping others)! So once a year, all Disciples at Crossroads are encouraged to take the time to develop a Personal Growth Plan that describes what they would like to see God do in their lives over the course of the next year. You can also download the Consultation Worksheet in Word format and type your information directly onto the form. Once you have updated the worksheet with your information, please save it to your computer and rename the file. Then, send that file to growthplans@crossroads.org. GETTING STARTED Crossroads Fellowship Ministry Volunteers: If you are serving in a Crossroads Fellowship ministry and need to complete the profile, please ask your Pastor to contact Kathy Meadows about providing a code for you. Website Visitors: Welcome! We are encouraged that people from around the world are surfing our site. And, you may take the online profile too. However, you must contact Uniquely You independently to purchase an online profile. To do so, visit the New User page (URL below) to get started. http://www.uniquelyyou.net/giftedness/new-user.php?profile_type=PC TAKING THE PROFILE - NEW USERS 2 - When the new page opens, proceed by selecting New user sign up CLICK HERE. Fill in the necessary information, select the Submit button and the profile should begin. You will create a Username/Login and Password for your account at this time. TAKING THE PROFILE - REPEAT USERS Please be sure to view your report when complete, this will save your information into the group account, if your report is associated with a group.
