ambassadors 55+
An Ambassador is any person 55+. Many Ambassadors are empty nesters or retirees. There are several ways to get involved in our Ambassadors Ministry:

Sunday Morning Class

-Teaching @ 11:00 in Room 208
Studies of individual books of the Bible, works by contemporary Christian writers and topics that are particularly relevant are offered throughout the year.

Social Events

- Small group gatherings form the primary venue for social connection. We also join with all the church-wide special events and encourage participation in the activities sponsored by the Men and Women's Ministries. Throughout the year, we host our own monthly socials and field trips. See our display table in the Grand Hallway or call for more information.
-Bob & Gladys Chidester 460-9678
-Ivan & Donna Barnes, 556-7953.

Missions and Community Impact

The Ambassadors Ministry encourages prayer, direct service, and financial support of local and foreign outreach ministries such as Hope Ministries, House of Hope and Operation Christmas Child. Each November a group travels to Charlotte, NC to work in the OCC distribution center as a short-term missions project.
