Small Group Leader Huddles
Last Leadership Huddle Scheduled for 2010 is December 15.
What should you expect?
Small Group Leadership Huddles consist of 3 components:
· Celebrate: We will celebrate what God has done through praise & worship as well as by highlighting groups that are doing well.
· Inspire: We will hear testimonies from successful groups and leaders.
· Instruct: We will be taught by our Small Group Pastor, Bryan Finley, so we can have a consistent vision, mission and strategy.
Who should attend?
These four leadership huddles are for ALL current and potential small group leaders, coaches, and apprentices including all ministry areas and both on-campus AND off-campus groups. In other words, ANYONE involved in the leadership of a small group at Crossroads!
What is the agenda?
During the first hour we meet together as a leadership community for worship, testimonies and instruction. In the second hour you will attend your ministry-specific huddle for further planning, instruction and care.
Format: 6:30-7:30pm Large Group Gathering (all leaders together)
7:30-8:30pm Ministry-specific huddles (divided by Pastor)
