GAiN (Global Aid Network) is the humanitarian aid arm of Campus Crusade for Christ International. GAiN partners with local churches and other Christian organizations to help meet physical needs in countries experiencing poverty and despair and to provide hope in these same areas through evangelistic outreach.
Not only is GAiN's global ministry a major partner of Crossroads Fellowship, but a very active group of local CRF volunteers -- our GAiN Team -- participate in various GAiN ministry opportunities:
SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIPS:
Each year hundreds of volunteers from around the country join with GAiN to travel on short-term mission trips to foreign lands. If you want to learn which trips members of CRF will be attending, please contact Dave or Mickey Stahl. LEARN about all of GAiN's upcoming trips at their national site.
CRF FAMILY MISSION TRIPS (2 WORK PROJECTS, June & October 2009) TO PENNSYLVANIA WAREHOUSE:
Join the fun as Crossroads Fellowship
partners with Global Aid Network
(GAIN) and takes its nineth and tenth family
missions trips in 2009 to Lancaster, PA, to
package school supplies, clothing,
vegetable seeds, and much more for
people in the former Soviet Union.
Singles and families are welcome
(including children 5 and over). Watch the bulletin for details on informational meetings that will be offered in advance of each trip.
CAREPACK COLLECTION:
LEARN how to bring hope to a child in a foreign land through donating supplies for a CarePack. The children who will receive these packs are lonely and in need of encouragement. These CarePacks are collected in advance of the Family Mission Trips to Pennsylvania.
If you will be participating in CarePack Collection, PLEASE include a letter with your CarePack:
