Trans World Radio (TWR) is the largest radio network in the world, religious or secular.  This incredible voice of the Gospel beams into every corner of the world. As TWR’s lead researcher, Bill helps TWR see the impact of their programming on their audiences. He also continues to find niche markets where there is NO gospel message being broadcast and seeks to leverage existing TWR resources to open new markets for the Gospel. Sandy provides administrative support and works with the TWR ministry to Muslim women. They live in Wales to facilitate Bill’s global travel and because of London’s international resources available to TWR.
