H.O.P.E. Ministries offers residents of the Kentwood inner-city community, Christian support, friendship and fellowship in various forms. Community Evangelism and weekly Bible fellowship address the spiritual needs of residents and others who may be in need of a Christian connection. Mentoring and discipleship, elder care and support, as well as meeting felt needs are among other ways to reach out across socioeconomic and denominational boundaries to serve people unlike ourselves. Special Back to School, Thanksgiving and Christmas Outreach projects are annual events through which we "connect to the world." The main goal of this ministry is to help the destitute, despondent and disadvantaged find HOPE amidst the difficult circumstances of life. Crossroads has a heart for the city and cooperates with other area churches to serve residents in the Kentwood community.
