Denton has served many years as a marketplace minister with Priority Associates, the workplace ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ. He personally founded Priority Associates in two cities (Orlando, Florida and Raleigh, North Carolina) and then served as national director of Priority Associates.
He has recently returned to leading the Raleigh Priority Associates ministry where he is passionate to evangelize and disciple believers in the workplace. Priority Associates serves business professionals and young emerging leaders. They train people to achieve balance in their personal, spiritual and professional lives. Denton is an elder of Crossroads Fellowship.
